Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Pro version different from the standard Level Up 32?

The Pro has a two-tier design. The top shelf holds your monitor or monitors, and a separate lower shelf holds your keyboard and mouse at a lower height. This separation improves ergonomics by letting your wrists stay neutral while the screen sits at eye level.

What are the work surface dimensions?

The top shelf measures 81 cm wide by 35 cm deep, sized for monitors. The lower shelf measures 70 cm wide by 25 cm deep, sized for a keyboard and mouse. The overall base is 81 cm wide by 59.5 cm deep.

What's the height range?

The Pro raises from 13 cm up to 39 cm above your desk surface. That covers the full transition from sitting to standing typing.

What's the weight capacity?

The desktop holds up to 16 kg and easily lifts dual monitors and laptops.

How does the height adjustment work?

A pneumatic air cylinder lets you adjust the height smoothly and effortlessly in seconds. The unit stays stable at the maximum height of 39 cm.

Does it require assembly?

No. The Pro comes preassembled and can be added to any flat desk surface without setup.

Does the two-tier design help posture?

Yes. The separation between the monitor shelf and the keyboard shelf maintains a healthier wrist-and-elbow angle relative to your eye line. It also keeps the work surface organized with monitors above and accessories below.

Is the typing surface comfortable?

Yes. Chamfered edges on the surfaces keep forearms comfortable while typing and working, which reduces pressure during long standing sessions.

How does this compare to a full standing desk?

The Pro converter is more affordable than a full standing desk and works with your existing desk. A full standing desk replaces the whole desk and offers more total work surface plus higher weight capacity. Pick the converter if you want to keep your current desk, and the full desk if you're starting from scratch.

Can I order the Pro along with other Luxor office gear, and who do I contact?
