Frequently Asked Questions

What is the RECLAIM Acoustic Expansion Panel?

It's a single add-on panel designed to extend an existing RECLAIM acoustic room divider setup. Use it to expand coverage beyond what the three-pack provides, or to add additional sections as your space grows.

When should I order an expansion panel versus a single panel?

The expansion panel is meant to add to an existing RECLAIM divider setup. The single panel is the standalone freestanding version. If you already own a three-pack and want more coverage, the expansion panel is the right add-on.

How does it connect to existing panels?

The expansion panel attaches to the existing RECLAIM divider system, extending the partition without breaks. Check the product page for the connection mechanism and compatibility with your current setup.

What's the panel made of?

The expansion panel uses the same RECLAIM acoustic material as the other panels in the series, built from recycled fibres for sound absorption and sustainability. This keeps the appearance and acoustic performance consistent across the full divider.

How many expansion panels can I add?

You can add as many expansion panels as the space supports. There's no fixed limit on the divider length, which makes the system flexible for offices that grow or reconfigure over time.

Does it work with the single panel?

The expansion panel is designed primarily as an add-on to the three-pack divider setup. Compatibility with the standalone single panel may differ. Check the product page or contact us if you're combining different RECLAIM products.

How much noise reduction does adding panels provide?

Each panel adds incremental sound absorption. The effect scales with coverage, so more panels along a partition deliver more noticeable noise reduction across the space.

Does the expansion panel require its own base?

Check the product page for whether a base is included or sold separately. Most expansion panels connect to existing bases rather than shipping with their own.

What colors and finishes are available?

The expansion panel matches the RECLAIM color and finish range so the divider stays consistent. Check the product page for current options.

Can I order multiple expansion panels and who do I contact?

Yes. For larger orders combining three-packs, expansion panels, and single panels for a full divider system, [contact us](https://activegoods.com/en-ca/pages/contact). for a quote.
