Frequently Asked Questions

What does this conference table do?

This is a height-adjustable electric conference table that lifts from 26 inches (seated) to 51.6 inches (standing). Touch-button control raises and lowers the whole table so a meeting can shift between sit and stand without anyone leaving the room.

How big is the tabletop?

The tabletop measures 72 inches wide by 36 inches deep. It seats roughly six to eight people depending on chair size and is built for medium-size meeting rooms.

What's the finish?

The melamine tabletop comes in a white oak finish, which gives a clean, modern look that works in most office settings.

How long does it take to switch the table from sitting to standing height?

The two motors lift at 1.2 inches per second. Switching from 26 inches (seated) to 51.6 inches (standing) takes roughly 21 seconds. Fast enough to switch positions during a meeting without significant disruption.

What's the weight capacity?

The durable steel frame has a 256 lb lift capacity, which covers laptops, conference equipment, drinks, and meeting materials for a full group.

Can I save preferred heights?

Yes. A programmable memory keypad with up/down arrows stores two preferred heights, so you can return to a saved sitting or standing position with one button.

Is there a safety feature?

Yes. An anti-collision mechanism prevents the table from lowering onto objects in its path, which protects laptops, chairs, and equipment beneath the table during height changes.

What's included in the box?

The table includes a 9-foot power cord, which gives flexibility in positioning relative to wall outlets in a conference room.

What warranty covers the motors?

The motors carry a 7-year warranty. The table also meets ANSI/BIFMA standards.

Is a footrest version available and who do I contact for a quote?

Yes. A version with a footrest bar (STANDECTFB72WO) is also available. For pricing, configuration, or delivery on conference table orders, [contact us](https://activegoods.com/en-ca/pages/contact).
