Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the RECLAIM Acoustic Three-Pack?

The three-pack delivers three RECLAIM acoustic panels along with the bases needed to set them up freestanding. The set covers a wider area than a single panel and is built for larger open spaces that need sound dampening and visual separation.

How can I arrange the three panels?

The freestanding bases let you place the panels in a straight line for partition use, in a U-shape around a workstation, or as separate dividers in different parts of the room. The arrangement is flexible since nothing is fixed to the floor or wall.

When should I choose the three-pack over the single panel?

Pick the three-pack when you're covering a wider space, separating multiple workstations, or creating a longer partition. The single panel works for individual desks or small partitions, the three-pack for full open-area treatment.

Is the three-pack cheaper than buying three single panels?

Yes. The three-pack is priced as a bundle, so it's a more cost-effective way to add multiple panels at once. Check the product page for current pricing.

How do the panels reduce noise in a space?

The RECLAIM acoustic material absorbs sound rather than reflecting it, which lowers echo and conversation carry. Three panels placed strategically can noticeably reduce noise fatigue in open offices and classrooms.

What are the panels made of?

The panels use RECLAIM acoustic material built from recycled fibres, which addresses both sound absorption and sustainability. The bases are designed to support the panels without wall mounting.

Can I expand later with more panels?

Yes. The expansion panel is sold separately and connects to the existing setup to extend coverage. Start with the three-pack and add expansion panels as the space grows or needs change.

How much assembly is involved?

Minimal assembly is required to attach each panel to its base. The full three-pack can be set up by one person without tools beyond what's included.

Are the panels easy to move once set up?

Yes. The freestanding bases let you reposition panels between configurations as the space's needs change. You don't need to disassemble anything to rearrange them.

Can I order multiple three-packs for a large office and who do I contact?

Yes. For larger office, classroom, or open-space orders combining multiple three-packs and expansion panels, [contact us](https://activegoods.com/en-ca/pages/contact). for a quote.
